HMD is getting ready to launch its next integrated smartphone called HMD Fusion 2. This new phone will replace the earlier HMD Fusion, which was recently presented in India. Leaks online have revealed some exciting details about the upcoming device — including better presentation, new smart features, and better design.

What Makes HMD Fusion 2 Special?

The biggest highlight of the HMD Fusion 2 is its Smart Outfits Gen 2. These are special equipment that can attach to the phone using six Pogo Pin 2.0 connectors. Think of them like separable modules that can give your phone new abilities!

According to early reports, HMD is planning to release many new Smart Outfits with this model. Some of the trickled ones include:

  • Casual Outfit with Kickstand – for looking videos hands-free.
  • Wireless Charging Outfit – to charge the phone without cables.

  • Gaming Outfit – designed for gamers.

However, these new outfits won’t work with the first-generation HMD Fusion model.

The HMD Fusion 2 is said to feature a 6.58-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This means smoother scrolling, richer visuals, and a better viewing involvement for games and videos.

Under the hood, it will be motorized by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor, ensuring faster presentation and improved battery effectiveness.

Camera and Other Features

On the back, the smartphone might have a dual-camera setup — a 108-megapixel main camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera for wider shots.
