Clovis Calçados Review: What Do Customers Say?
Customer feedback is one of the most useful ways to evaluate an online retailer.
At the time of research, Clovis Calçados had a strong rating on Reclame Aqui, a Brazilian consumer review and complaint platform. Its online store displayed a 4.9 out of 5 score based on verified purchase reviews. The platform’s company profile also reported that 100% of complaints received during the six-month period from April through September 2026 had received a response, while 85% were resolved.
These figures suggest that many customers have had positive experiences, although they do not guarantee that every order will go smoothly.
Positive Customer Feedback
Customers have reported positive experiences involving:
- Fast delivery in some locations.
- Competitive prices and promotional offers.
- Easy website navigation.
- Products arriving well packaged.
- Helpful customer service.
- Convenient online ordering.
Some customers also mention that orders arrived earlier than expected. However, delivery times can vary depending on the destination, shipping option, and product availability.
Negative Customer Feedback
Not every customer has been satisfied. Complaints published on consumer review platforms include delivery delays, difficulties with exchanges or refunds, and concerns about particular products.
These complaints should be considered alongside positive reviews. A complaint does not automatically establish that the company acted improperly, but repeated reports about the same problem can help shoppers understand potential risks.
For this reason, it is worth checking recent reviews before placing an order, particularly if you need the shoes by a specific date.
Is Clovis Calçados Legit or a Scam?
Based on the available company information and customer review data, Clovis Calçados appears to be an established Brazilian footwear retailer rather than an unknown online seller.
The company has physical stores, an established online presence, and a profile on Reclame Aqui. Its official website also publishes customer reviews.
However, it is important to distinguish between the legitimate retailer and fraudulent websites that may imitate its name or branding.
Before ordering, follow these precautions:
- Visit the official website by entering clovis.com.br directly into your browser.
- Check that the website address is spelled correctly.
- Review the product description, size, color, and seller information.
- Read the shipping, exchange, cancellation, and refund conditions.
- Use a payment method that provides appropriate transaction records and dispute options.
- Be cautious of advertisements offering unusually low prices through unfamiliar domains.
Verdict: The available evidence supports treating Clovis Calçados as a legitimate retailer, but customers should still verify the website and understand the purchase conditions before paying.

Delivery and Shipping
Clovis Calçados offers online ordering for customers in Brazil. Its shipping options, delivery estimates, and charges depend on the destination and the conditions displayed during checkout.
Some buyers report receiving their orders quickly, including same-day delivery in certain areas. However, this should not be considered a universal delivery guarantee.
Before completing your order, check the estimated delivery date and the shipping cost. Save your confirmation email and tracking information so you can follow the shipment.
International shoppers should not assume that the retailer ships worldwide. Confirm eligibility and any additional costs directly with the store.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Choosing the correct size is especially important when buying shoes online. If the product does not fit or arrives damaged, check the retailer’s current exchange and return instructions.
Before ordering, review the following details:
- The period allowed for requesting a return.
- The process for exchanging a size or color.
- Whether return shipping costs apply.
- How refunds are processed.
- Whether the original packaging or product tags must be retained.
The exact conditions may depend on the order and applicable consumer protection rules. Do not rely solely on a promotional banner or an old customer review; read the current policy on the official website.
For purchases made online in Brazil, consumers generally have a seven-day withdrawal right under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
Is Clovis Calçados Worth Buying From?
Clovis Calçados may be worth considering if you want to compare footwear prices, explore multiple brands, and shop through an established Brazilian retailer.
Its positive customer ratings are encouraging, but delivery complaints and occasional exchange or refund concerns show why it is important to check the details before ordering.
For the best experience, compare the total price, including shipping, verify the seller and product information, and read recent customer feedback.
If you are buying an expensive pair of branded sneakers, also check the manufacturer’s product details and the retailer’s documentation. Customer ratings alone cannot establish the authenticity of every individual item.
